When I think about Teksystems; I think about Chris Bakker. He has made quite an impact in my life. Not only did he take the time to listen to my career wants and needs, but he also came to my initial interviews showing his support for me, resulting in me landing a great job that’s only 5 minutes from home! Above and beyond that, Chris went one step further by taking an interest in my personal life and with the support of Teksystems sponsored one of my user group meetings. Since my start as a contract employee with Teksystems I have now been hired on full time with my current employer and Chris still goes out of his way to check in with me regularly, we even meet now and again for sushi. Getting to know Chris and working with Teksystems has been the start to a great relationship.
